Extremely thorough exam & hearing test. My audiologist Dr. Ali Silverman was patient, extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, kind, and understanding. I felt confident in the results and was able to test what I would feel with wearing a hearing aide. Dr Silverman told me options, explained brands, & why she selected a specific hearing aide for me. She also spoke to my husband & answered his questions. Never did I feel pressure to buy & I was told about the 30 day trial period. I present with a unique situation & Dr Silverman was very knowledgeable in the particular area which I found many are not.I feel relieved that I have Dr.Ali Silverman as an audiologist professional who will monitor my hearing & unique challenges. I never thought I would say that I look forward to getting hearing aides, but now I do. The office staff is amazing, they are also very caring, efficient and very kind, and they have a calm & patient disposition which is very important when working with a population with hearing challenges. Angie & Kayla made me feel like family. Great office and you really feel like everyone cares. Looking forward to working with Hearing Partners of S. Florida through this difficult time and I know what will be a long journey.

Dr Silverman and her staff are very friendly and helpful. The hearing tests are extensive with true to life backgrounds, word recognition, as well as the usual low-high/soft to easily audible tones. Her explanation of the various hearing aid models (pros, few cons) was enlightening. We (in our mid-70s) were ready to help our personal and public communications and, as a very important side-benefit, give our brains the best audio input we could. Maybe it will help it to work on other things, like where are my keys?!

This place is great! My dad has hearing aids from here and life is better! Their audiologists are wonderful. The exam is thorough and the follow up service is excellent. Every two or three months we come back for cleanings and service, if needed. There is no better place to go!

Dr. Seldine gave me a clear and comprehensive explanation of the Cochlear implant, how it works, how it is surgically implanted, what I can expect in terms of hearing ability, etc. As I told him I was interested in going ahead, he set up an appointment with Dr. Looney, which took place today. She too was clear about the benefits of the device and answered my many questions. She also has arranged for me to see the surgeon, Dr. Hayes. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with doctors Seldine and Looney — both of them are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.

Alexis Heffner / Sheri Berg are very qualified for what they do. I have a fairly severe hearing loss & require the strongest & most technologically advanced aids I can get my hands on. Sheri has helped me navigate through all the technology in my new Oticon’s , quite successfully. I do recommend Hearing Partners & their very qualified staff . I do have 1 complaint, I did recommend a friend who bought a pair of aids from Hearing Partners 2 weeks before I bought mine. The referral got me $25.00 off my very expensive hearing aids & a total of over $10,000 in sales between the 2 sales.

I took my mother here for a hearing test and hearing aides. I was so impressed with the service we received from the staff and especially the audiologist Michelle Looney. my mother lives in Broward and cannot understand why I was taking her so far. I explained that I send patients here all the time for testing and always get good service. my mother was so happy the way she was treated and most of all the fact that she will be able to hear again. I truly want to thank everyone there for such a wonderful experience my mom said she felt like they were part of her family

I have been wearing hearing aids for about 30 years and have moved quite a bit, as I am in the Hospitality Industry.
I must say, Hearing Partners and Dr. Looney, even more so, are THE BEST that I've dealt with !!!
I live near the Boynton Beach Office and while it's easier for me to make an appointment so I can stop in on my way to work, early appointments aren't always available ...
On more than 1 occasion, Dr. Looney has come in early (8:30AM), prior to officially opening and saw me and resolved my issues, so I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment
The service is great, but what Dr. Looney does is above and beyond
I would recommend Hearing Partners and Dr. Looney, to every/all !!!
