The people at The Hearing Center are knowledgeable and very helpful no matter what your concern is - professional assessment, strong help in selecting the make, and excellent ongoing support - even having your dog ear part of your equipment
Very expedient appointment. Dr. Sharp instilled confidence that I was getting the most informed opinion. I left feeling that I was making the right decision to get hearing aids. There is one impression that I got and maybe it is the same other places but every single step of the evaluation: the testing, the aids themselves, the consultations, the continuing care had a separate price tag. I just haven't experienced that with other health care providers. I almost felt like if I asked a question there would be a charge for the answer.
Dr. Sharp is an excellent audiologist. She listens well and then works very hard to address the issues presented by the patient. Her patience seems to have no limits. I highly recommend her as a competent, kind, and skilled professional.
The staff is friendly, informative and they made this entire process easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Sharp is so kind and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this group.my mother is 93 years old and Dr. sharp was so patient with her and allowed me to stay in the room for all exams and instructions. Great experience.
I have been going here for 3 years now and I absolutely love the ladies at the front desk. They're are friendly and welcoming. I've never had to wait long for my appointments or to be seen while there. Dr Erin Hoffman is SUPER helpful, knowledgeable, caring, professional and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for an audiologist in the GA area.
Lacey Sharp is always clear and concise explaining every step. She listens to my concerns and makes sure all my questions are addressed. I highly recommend this practice.
Welcomed by the receptionist. Dr. Erin R is always positive, listens and ask appropriate questions. She reviewed my usage during the past 60 days and confirmed my aids are working as required. It is a pleasure to have her as my hearing doctor. Thanks Hearing Center of Eye Consultants of Atlanta. Terry
I've had a lot of age related hearing loss so I need a really good audiologist to recommend and customize my aids. This practice is my go to profession group.
Dr. Rellinger is knowledgeable of all facets of the hearing aid business. First and foremost, she is an audiologist; she knows how our auditory senses work. Second, she is a marketer of hearing aids. She knows the products that she sells and seeks to fit you with the best manufacturer that can improve your hearing, that can accommodate your insurance carrier, and sell you a product that you can afford. Finally, she is just a pleasant person who want to use her gifts to help other people. Not only will she serve as your audiologist, she will also serve as your advocate.
I am a country boy (aka a redneck). As such, I am a technical idiot. There is some technology associated with hearing aids that has stumped me. Aubree has been very patient to help me with my techical ignorance. When I thank her for helping me, she responds, "That's what I'm here for." If technology scares you, Erin and Aubree will not let you down, and they will not embarrass you because you don't know an app from your ...
Hearing aids are expensive, and when you invest in them, you want someone that you can trust with that much money. You can trust Dr. Rellinger to look out for you as a patient. I met with her yesterday (September 20). It was a meeting that she suggested. I am nearing the end of a 60 day trial period on my recently purchased hearing aids. I can return the hearing aids for a full refund. Honestly, I was not even aware of that provision in my insurance policy; but Dr. Rellinger not only made me aware of it, she gave me every opportunity to take advantage of it if not satisfied with my recent purchase. There is a proverb that says: "A good name is to be more desired than great riches..." Dr. Rellinger has earned a good name, and I am confident that she will enjoy the riches that come with having satisfied customers.

My hearing aids quit working a couple of weeks ago, and yet I maintain my 5 Star rating for Dr. Rellinger and Aubree Hampton. The problem was not the hearing aids. It was the build up of ear wax in my ears which was clogging the filters. When I took the hearing aids to Aubree, she quickly identified the problem, and Dr. Rellinger removed the excess wax. Dr. Rellinger told me (what she had probably told me before) that I needed to clean my ears as the hearing aids inhibit the ear's self-cleansing. I feel somewhat embarrassed to find out that the problems with the hearing aids were my own negligence; however, neither Dr. Rellinger not Aubree made me feel awkward. They continue to exhibit excellent care for their patients and for that reason, i wholeheartedly endorse this business as five star.

I returned to Dr. Rellinger's office for a 6 month evaluation. Dr. Rellinger found that my right hearing aid was not functioning as it should and replaced it at no charge. She knew that the hearing aid was still under warranty. She knows what my insurance provides better than I do. This is part of her service to her customers. She will look out for you in more ways than one. I honestly cannot imagine being more satisfied with a doctor than I am with Dr. Rellinger.

There's no doubt in my mind that Dr. Rellinger is there for her patients. She takes time to listen to her patients and to offer them counsel. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Rellinger as your audiologist.
Lacey Sharp is an excellent and skilled audiologist, as well as a kind and dedicated professional who cares about helping her clients. Kudos to her and anyone who sees her is lucky indeed. Patience of a saint!
Dr Sharp is very professional and thorough as well as explaining what tests we did and problems areas. I learnt a lot and would recommend her to my family and friends.
Erin Rellinger has been my audiologist for more than eleven years, is always friendly, knowledgeable, knows her patients' history and is familiar with the hardware, the software, the upgrades, and the research on those of us wearing hearing aids. The Hearing Center Staff is professional and prompt. Highly recommend.
I can't recommend Dr. Lacey Sharpe enough! She's incredibly knowledgeable and listened to what I needed, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a way that made sense. Best of all, she offered options that were tailored to me, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personal touch, and I'm so glad I found her.
Erin Relinger is so good at what she does. She's professional, knowledgeable and personable. I'm on my 3rd pair of hearing aids and she stays on top of the technology.
Very helpful. The clinic that sold me my hearing aids has closed, and the manufacturer recommended The Hearing Center.
They performed a hearing aid evaluation and updated my prescription, then re-programmed the hearing aids and made sure I knew how to use them correctly. They went through more "fine-tuning" than the original company and I got great "hands-on" assistance. I will definitely keep using The Hearing Center in the future.
I always receive excellent care from Dr. Relinger and Aubrey. They are caring and professional. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I love my new Resound hearing aids. They keep me engaged in the world.
Erin explained everything I need to know about my new hearing aids in a clear and easy way for me to understand. Excited to use them. A very pleasant experience. Thank you.
Laci Sharp, audiologist, is incredibly competent, compassionate and professional. She tried several different types of hearing aids until she got the right one for my elderly mother. Her patience in dealing with a difficult situation was remarkable. I would highly recommend her.
My life has changed for the better since becoming a patient of Dr. Lacey Sharpe. I had no idea how much I was missing in life due to hearing loss. Relearning sounds has been a welcomed change in my life, and I'm grateful to have her and the rest of the staff walk me through this journey. The entire staff has made me feel like a family member and friend. They check in on you and let you know you are not alone. I 100% recommend this practice to anyone searching for an Audiologist. Great group of caring people in this office!!

Dr. Rellinger and staff are very professional. They keep me informed on all my hearing issues. Dr. Rellinger tests and adjusts my hearing aids every visit to my needs. She makes it easy and Bluetooths all my devices to my hearing aids and handles insurance claims. My wife is also a patient and very happy. You can't go wrong with these Pros.
Dr. Sharp uses the latest techiques and equipment to make sure your hearing aids are properly fitted and adjusted. The result has been transformative. I can understand my family and friends so much better, and especially my precious, high pitched grandchilden, and tinintus no longer bothers me. Highly recommend her and her staff.
Erin Rellinger is an exceptional health care provider. She is an extremely knowledgeable audiologist, and is an excellent communicator, thoroughly explaining procedures and complicated details regarding mobile phones and hearing aids. She and the other staff, Aubree and Kayla, are friendly and efficient, making every visit a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this practice.
Erin Rellinger is such a knowledgeable professional who always has time to talk with and listen to her patients. She and her team's number one goal is to achieve the best hearing for each patient.
The staff members at the Hearing Center has excellent training and make helpful recommendations on how to get the most from my hearing aids. They are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
I am immensely grateful for the exceptional care provided by Mrs. Lacey Sharp. My mother, who is handicapped, received outstanding treatment from Mrs. Sharp who demonstrated extraordinary patience and compassion throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured a comfortable and welcoming environment. Mrs. Lacey Sharp took the time to listen attentively to my mother's concerns, addressing each one with utmost professionalism and empathy. Their gentle and thorough approach made a significant difference, putting my mother at ease during the examination and treatment.
Mrs. Lacey Sharp went above and beyond to ensure that my mother understood every step of the process, answering all our questions and providing valuable insights. Their expertise and genuine care have made a profound impact on my mother's health and overall well-being.
I highly recommend Mrs. Lacey Sharp to anyone in need of an ear consultant, especially those who may require a little extra patience and understanding. The level of dedication and kindness shown by Mrs. Lacey Sharp and their team is truly remarkable. Thank you for your outstanding service.
Just wanted to say "thanks" to Dr. Lacey and the office staff here at The Hearing Center. Everyone was friendly, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable! I also appreciate that my appointment was on time and that Dr. Lacey took the time to listen to my questions. Oh, and the wide range of products they have in house to explore is really helpful.
Erin was very professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. Once testing was completed, she really took her time to explain all the results. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Excellent service from Kayla and
Aubrey- routine hearing aid maintenance..Cleaned out ear wax affecting performance. Service with smile. In and out in 6-8 minutes. Great! Kirk Wimberly
I recently had an issue with my Widex hearing aids purchased at The Hearing Center. I was able to call and be seen that day by Aubrey Hampton, Audiology Assistant. She diagnosed the problem which was corrected right then under my warranty! I also complained about a plugged ear - and Aubrey noted some wax. Due to a scheduling change I was also able to see Lacey Sharp one of the audiologists while I was there. She cleaned my ear and it helped immensely. That is called excellent customer service! I experience this every time I visit - whether unscheduled like this or a scheduled appointment. Thank you!!
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sharp. Several years ago I began experiencing bouts of vertigo. Using the Dix Hallpike maneuver, Dr. Sharp quickly diagnosed my condition as BPPV (positional vertigo) and performed the Epley maneuver to relieve my symptoms. Her professionalism, calm manner and empathetic nature worked miracles in treating my BPPV. She has been a lifesaver to me and I highly recommend her to anyone suffering from vertigo.
Hello Everyone!
It has been 3 months since I began wearing my hearing aids prescribed by Hearing Center of Atlanta and I wanted to share my experience with you. In short, the comfort of my daily life has been enhanced due to the fine care from Dr. Sharp and the entire team. By the time I realized how much my hearing loss impacted everyday life, I wondered how many years did I senselessly put off addressing a core component of human interaction:HEARING. I no longer struggle in group settings, repeat conversations, and feel more present with family.
The Hearing Center is well organized and timely with appointments. Billings and follow up from the support team was thorough and all questions were answered to my satisfaction.
Dr. Sharp was 2nd to none in her care, diagnosis, and hearing aid recommendations. What is so crucial is the fitting stage. Dr. Sharp spent an hour dialing in the correct frequencies and explained all functions of the hearing aids. I left knowing that I was working with the right practice.
Now three months later, I can report that I always wear both devices everyday and communication and awareness comes with far less effort.
If you struggle with hearing loss, please do not hesitate to ask for help from Hearing Center of Atlanta. The cost paid pales in comparison to the dividends realized. The level of service and expertise from the entire team will continue to benefit me, my family, and work associates.
Best to you in your journey towards better hearing!
Nathan
I met with Erin for a comprehensive hearing evaluation. I wanted to see her after attending one of the excellent periodic classes she conducts to educate about hearing problems. Just as the class, her evaluation was very thorough and the results explained very well. Fortunately, I still only had light hearing loss which is the ideal tie to discover it, as it will probably help to limit further hearing loss over time.
There is also a cognitive test on a computer that will serve as a baseline for yearly evaluations to determine if one's ability to process information has changed positively or negatively over time. The true hearing is done translated by the brain based on signals provided by the ear. The results apparently help to indicate the effectiveness and programming for the hearing aids.
Highly recommend Erin and this practice.
This practice promotes excellence in every aspect.Lacey Sharp is the consummate professional. She listened with enormous kindness to my husband's history of very painful earaches, causing him to approach hearing aids with enormous trepidation. Lacey's approach removed enough of his fear that he was willing to trust her expertise in finding him the correct hearing aid. Many, many thanks, Dr. Sharp.
The team at the Hearing Center is exemplary-extraordinary in every way. Erin and Lacey and the upfront ladies are CARING, PROFESSIONAL, incredibly helpful, extremely willing to explore new options for improved hearing and always patient and supportive. The Center continues to be amazing- so knowledgeable, service oriented and truly helpful. I recommend them to anyone with potential hearing needs.
I had the most incredible experience at the Hearing Center this week. I had lost one hearing aid. They worked me in the next morning, were amazingly professional and thorough in exploring options for me based on new testing. My new hearing aides are facilitating remarkably better hearing. Dr. Lacey went so far beyond expectations that she even ran to my car after the appointment to give me my new chargerthat I had failed to pick up. The Center is amazing!

The staff is friendly, informative and they made this entire process easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Sharp is so kind and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this group.
"Discover the power of a well-organized and efficient office staff, coupled with the knowledge and thoroughness of Dr. Sharp. With excellent communication skills, you can rest assured that you'll receive the best care possible."
very detailed hearing test. Erin updated and tweaked my hearing aids to their maximum. Extremely happy with The Hearing Center and of course Erin. Thank you.
Dr. Lacey Sharp's care while I was being tested was very professional but yet kind and friendly. She explained the testing procedures and results very well, taking time for my questions. Her referral for a complete full vestibular evaluation was also deeply appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Sharp.
Dr. Rellinger and the staff at The Hearing Center at Eye Consultants are amazing. Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I have been a patient with them for five (5) years and just got my second set of hearing aids. Until now, when I approached Dr. Rellinger about upgrading to new models, she would tell me there really wasn't any significant changes to warrant replacing them. After the five year mark she told me the new models have enough changes to warrant a change if I wanted. I am glad I did. While I won't ever hear the way I used to, my hearing experiences are better than ever. Thank you to the entire staff at The Hearing Center at Eye Consultants!!!
Staff helped us get to the office on our first visit. Dr. Sharp was attentive and fixed my damaged hearing aid while we waited. A very succesful visit. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Dr. Erin Rellinger has taken care of both of my parents and she is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable, understanding and encouraging. She truly wants what is best for her patients. She is also very positive and patient with different personalities. We are lucky we found this office. The office is well run, responsive and helpful (thanks Aubree!).
Erin is great, knowledgeable, personable. Made the whole experience of the hearing exam and ordering the hearing aids and the adjustments very easy.
I've been a musician almost all of my life and it's how I make my living. Even though I took care of my hearing from my late teens on, my ears took a hit during cancer treatment and over the next ten years it slowly got to a point where I thought I needed to do something. I felt a sight decline in my enthusiasm and at first chalked it up to age.
I heard a podcast interview with Toto guitarist Steve Lukather talk about getting hearing aids, specifically Widex. I researched and took notice of my day to day life and decided to make a move. I realized I was having difficulty hearing servers in restaurants and occasional dialogue on TV, but most of all I wasn't fully hearing music the way I used to.
It has changed my life to find out what I was missing and act on it. I'm listening to more music than I have in a long time. Singing is nearly effortless now! Hearing the birds I hadn't heard in years is stunning. on and on.
If you think you might have a hearing issue, I highly suggest you take a few steps. Research it, check Widex - .05 millisecond latency equals natural sound. Get a hearing test. You will never regret it.
Dr. Rellinger has been my audiologist for serveral years now. She listens intently to my feedback to her on my hearing aid experiences and we work together to tweak the complex electronic programming that is possible in my aids for optimal use. She is always willing to continue the work until I am satisfied. The remote programming capability with which she can send tweaked settings for my hearing aids is invaluable in saving us both time from having to see each other in the office.
A good audiologist along with good communication makes for a better experience!
Dr. Erin Rellinger has been taking care of my hearing for 10 years since she first opened her practice at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. She is professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable! I look forward to 10 more years (at least!) of having Dr. Erin take care of me. I can't recommend her enough!
My experience with Dr. Sharpe at the Hearing Center at Eye Consultants of Atlanta changed my outlook about hearing aids. Before I saw Dr. Sharp, I was very reluctant to try hearing aids. Dr. Sharp is terrific and very patient. She explained every step of the testing, fitting, and which hearing aids would be best for me. She answered my questions fully. Her explanations at every step made sure I wasn't surprised or startled at any time. She fully explained my hearing deficit. My experience with Dr. Sharp and the Hearing Center have made my life easier and improved the quality of life especially in this era of people having to wear masks. The hearing aids make it possible to hear the birds outside the house when I get them in in the morning. I actually look forward to inserting the hearing aids when I get up. In addition to Dr. Sharp, the rest of the staff is also excellent and very helpful. I appreciate all they do to help me hear!

The entire group at Atlanta hearing has always been wonderful and today was no exception. I had to purchase a new phone. The hearing aid app transferred but the pairing didn't. We weren't able to make this happen at the phone store and I was afraid that something would go wrong if not done correctly. I called Atlanta Hearing and explained the situation. Kayla said I could come right over. When we got there, Aubrie reconnected the phone and hearing aids and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. That is much appreciated help and excellent service.
I did not want to go to the Hearing Center and I did not want to wear hearing aids, but the wonderful Audiologist Lacey was
superb !! She had a wonderful voice that was so easy to listen to and she gently gave me all the science behind my test results. She even took my phone and recorded the whole explanation over again for my daughter who lives out of town. I am so glad that I went in when I did (before any further damage occurred). I walked out with total peace of mind and knowing how much I needed help.
Lost a hearing aid on a flight??..called Erin as soon as I got home?."she ordered the " new and improved "version of my current aid??after the required tests, she tweaked my old and new ons so. settings were in sync?.. appointment lasted as long as scheduled and I left with everything in good working order!
I can't imagine going anywhere else for protecting our precious hearing. Dr. Rellinger is professional, thorough, kind and personable. I feel as if I'm seeing a friend who happens to be a top notch audiologist! Her staff is excellent as well. I highly recommend the Hearing Center.
Erin Rellinger, Au.D, is a highly qualified and professional audiologist who is dedicated to delivering the best care to her patients. I recommend her without reservation.
Dr Erin and team have given me professional yet personal service for 6 years. Although I now no longer live in ATL, I return here for my hearing health. They're too good to replace!
Dr. Sharp came highly recommended and met all my expectations to prescribe the best hearing aids for my hearing loss. She provided detail about the entire process, the results of my hearing test and what to expect. The staff is so kind and helpful and timely. Love the efficiency all around.
Dr Erin Rellinger is fantastic. You will know everything you need to know about your hearing condition during your visit and your options for treatment explained without any pressure to go one direction or another. The follow up is what sets her apart!
I noticed a hearing problem in my right eye as I got a cold a couple of weeks ago. It felt like I had water in my ear. I went to the Hearing Center At Eye Consultants of Atlanta and Audiologist Erin Relinger noticed during her examination that I had an ear infection, She immediately escalated my problem to be corrected the same day. I am now on Steroids and ear drops to heal the infection. I really appreciate her concern and quick action.
My care provider Erin was on time, bright and cheery. She gave my audio response a thorough check-out and repaired what was not up to par. She worked with the manufacturer to sort out a somewhat gray warranty situation and was persistent when they initially could not find the paper trail. It does not get any better than this.
Dr. Rellinger and her staff exceeded our expectations! Her passion for what she does was evident from the moment we met her as well as the depth of her knowledge. She asks questions and more importantly carefully listens to the answers. Every step of her evaluation is explained so that you feel a part of the resolution rather than a subject being studied. She truly cares for her patients and works hard to give them the best possible outcome. She's the friend hearing challenged people need to improve their life. She is exceptional!
This audiology practice offers a complete experience. The office staff is most accommodating .Dr. Sharp is totally "tuned" in and presents with professionalism, patience, and confidence . Their "standard" for perfection needs to be experienced to be appreciated.
Dr. Rellinger is extremely thorough and explains everything she is doing. I came in to have a 7 yr old pair of hearing aids adjusted and firmware updated. I expected to have some sort of sales pitch for new ones but that wasn't the case. She conducted a full hearing test, thoroughly inspected the devices, updated them, checked for software issues -- even cleaned them. She asked what my goal was, and I said I'd like to get another year out of these and she was fine with that. I would highly recommend Dr. Rellinger and this practice.
The audiologists are extremely knowledgeable in the science and technology around hearing loss and hearing aids. They are also very practical and helpful.
Everyone was thoughtful, helpful and kind.
They took the time to find the difficulty with my hearing and correct devices I will need
Erin and the team are so great. It's been a year since my first visit and have learned a great deal about my hearing loss and ways to deal with it and be more confident in going to restaurants and interacting people!!
This was my second hearing evaluation. The 1st involved a large scale commercial company that provided reputable discounted hearing aids using technicians. While I heard better, I couldn't comprehend words that well. The audiologist's evaluation included background noise and a cognitive evaluation (which the 1st evaluation did not). As a retired engineer, I found the responses technically correct and insightful. While I haven't received my new units yet, I saw the comparison of my old hearing aids to my evaluation. I'm looking forward to working with the Hearing Center, in the future I won't "low ball" hearing.
I have just completed my initial follow up visit, which was scheduled for two weeks after my initial fitting. The timing was perfect, I had a list of questions that involved techniques and a cognitive issue. The audiologist checked my usage (downloaded via Bluetooth from the hearing aids), which indicated they were effectively programmed. She also answered every question to my satisfaction, and displayed proper maintenance techniques. I'm much happier with my new units, and I'm able to interact better with my friends in "noisy situations".
I saw Dr Sharp today for my follow-up after having received my new hearing aids a few weeks earlier. She promptly met with me at my appointment time and was genuinely interested in my initial experience. I honestly don't feel that you could find a better audiologist.
Besides providing excellent service, this office and staff really makes you feel cared for. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Rellinger and trust her completely with my precious hearing.
Dr. Erin Rellinger provided an excellent, in-depth hearing test and consultation regarding my wife's hearing aids. This included Dr. Rellinger finding and removing some microphone obstructions in the hearing aids. We were very pleased with Dr. Rellinger's thorough approach.
Thomas K. Gaylord
The staff is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My new hearing aid has greatly enhanced my ability to hear. Accordingly I recommend this group for all in need.
I have had great service at you office and I am satisfied with the service I received from you people it was very enjoyable times with everyone there and I hope in the future. Thank you.
I was told by my family doctor that the audiologist selection is way more important than the hearing aid selection. I am so glad that I found Dr. Erin Rellinger and her staff. They have been great to work with. Dr. Rellinger has made a huge difference with getting my hearing aids adjusted to my liking!
Dr. Sharp and staff are excellent to work with at the hearing center. I have been receiving treatment here about two years now. They really take the time to understand your concerns and provide the care to help you achieve better hearing. My quality of life has improved because of my ability to hear more clearly. Thanks for all you do.
The very best in my experience for treatment with hearing and advice on hearing aids. Clear explanations from Erin Rellinger about problems and reasonable solutions. Thereafter follow-ups are carefully pursued.
Lacey Sharp is an excellent audiologist!!! She is friendly, kind and caring. She asks and answers any and all questions and gives me great tips for my earring aids. The entire office is a pleasant experience and have made getting hearing aids a positive experience for me. I look forward to seeing and hearing them in the future. Thanks.
Excellent audiology center!!!! Very comprehensive and informative. Dr. Sharp is wonderful and answered all my concerns and questions. I'm so glad I chose this center.
My wife and I brought my 97 year old mom in for a hearing test and to check out options for replacing her current hearing device. We were very impressed with Dr. Lacey Sharp. She answered all of our questions and we will be back next week for the fitting.
My experience with Dr. Sharp and the entire office was excellent. Convenience in scheduling, thorough testing and examination, and hearing aid fitting and orientation was handled in a highly professional, informative and comfortable manner. I recommend Dr. Sharp and her team without qualification.

I'm a retired physician and have been seeing Eye Consultants of Atlanta for eye care for years. They are top notch, so it was a great pleasure to discover Dr. Erin Rellinger and her associates in the Hearing Center, part of the Eye Consultants practice. Dr. Rellinger is incredibly professional and caring. She is VERY responsive when you have questions or special needs. As a healthcare professional myself, I know well the spectrum of providers. Dr. Rellinger and the staff at Eye Consultants in the Cumberland Blvd office are fabulous. Highly recommended.
Erin is extremely competent and capable, and I would recommend her without hesitation. I didn't realize how important selecting an Audiologist is until I researched issues relating to hearing aids on the internet. Many audiologists don't perform what is known as "Real Ear Measurement," as it takes quite a bit more time and effort than simply using the hearing aid manufacturer's recommendations for setting hearing aids based on your hearing loss profile. As you can learn by researching this issue on the internet, it is impossible to get a good fit without using this method. Erin uses this method for every patient and spends as much time as needed to educate her patients on the use of your hearing aids. My hearing has been greatly improved with the hearing aids from Erin.
Dr. Erin Rellinger is an outstanding audiologist and overall health care provider. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and takes time to be sure all questions are answered.
The Drs and staff are helpful and understanding. Getting hearing aids is a big step so is important to have someone who is patient and listens to all your issues. Oticon is a great product .
Felt very much taken care of. Took the time to help with my hearing aids and help me to order new ones, that I very much need. Lacey is very kind and knowledgeable, and I look forward to working with you to help me have the best hearing I can have! Thank you!!!
I went to several audiologists before going to Hearing consultants at the eye center. My experience with the other places were not up to my expectations either due to a subpar clinical practice or lack of variety of brands offered.
I wanted to get a hearing aid that was similar to an electronic device rather than a stereotypical hearing aid.
Initially I spoke with Dr. Erin over the phone and explained to her my situation. She was very transparent about the services offered at her practice, possible recommendations and estimate pricing.
I thought about it for some time before making an appointment because I didn't want to have another frustrating experience. I got an appointment with her associate, Dr. Sharp.
On my initial visit, she listened very carefully about all my past experiences, brands that I tried, my audiological wishes and priorities. She did a thorough clinical examination, repeated the hearing test and made custom molds.
Over the next many months, I tried several brands. With each fitting, I found her always pleasant, professional and accommodating; with real ear measurements performed and adjustments made based on my complains. She also showed me, gave me tips, made me demonstrate, how to easily insert, remove and do routine care of my hearing aids.
Although Dr. Sharp is young, she is extremely attentive to her patient needs, straightforward with her advice based on the patient ear anatomy and degree of hearing loss.
My advice to anyone needing a hearing aid for the first time is educate yourself, learn about the different hearing aids, options that you'll need or like, learn about what to look for in an ideal audiologist practice and the importance of real ear measurement.
Dr. Sharp has excellent clinical skills, the practice has a great variety of brands and very reasonable trial period.
I would recommend her to anyone who may need an audiologist. Dr. Sharp is a gem!
A grateful retired physician.

Dr Lacy Sharp has been very diligent and thorough in both of my visits for
my yearly hearing exam and very patient with me. Also going above and beyond in helping me stay on top of potential issues. I will always go to her as long as she is a available.

Had an extremely thorough and informative visit at the hearing center today. Start to finish; all perfect. Easy parking at a beautiful, clean and modern facility. Staff are professional and courteous. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere!
Dr. Sharpe is the best! She is caring, very professional, courteous, and quite thorough in her diagnosis. The staff is also friendly and very accommodating. My hearing aids have begun to really help not only my hearing , but also reduce the ringing in my ears. As a new patient, I am so glad that I found them. I highly recommend The Hearing Center at the Eye Consultants of Atlanta in Cumberland.
I came to The Hearing Center at Eye Consultants of Atlanta, because they were associated withI Eye Consultants in the same building of which I was already a patient. I found their location to be convenient (free parking) and the staff warm and friendly. Dr. Sharpe was thorough and professional. I received a most thorough hearing evaluation and ordered the Oticon model that Dr. Sharpe felt would be best. The aids came in and were fitted professionally even to the point of changing the size of the wire to accommodate the shape of my ear. After several trips for fine tuning the aids to my needs, I felt that I was not hearing as well as I should. Of course these were my first aids, so I couldn't be sure. Dr. Sharpe broght in 2 factory representatives of Oticon to see if they could further adjust the aids to my satisfaction. After a two week trial with these new adjustments, Dr.Sharpe and I agreed that I could try a different brand to compare. There was no problem switching from one brand to another during the initial trial period. I chose the Phonak brand. Dr. Sharpe and the staff could not have been nicer and went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was satisfied. The new Phonaks are great. Cool features, wearing them is like wearing apple AirPods b/c I can receive calls and talk through these aids. I can also listen to movies or podcasts from my phone through these aids. I am well pleased with their expertise and care. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I've been going to the Hearing Center since 2017 and have been very satisfied with the care and service provided. Dr. Rellinger, my Audiologist, is very pleasant and professional. She utilizes modern technology to assess and track hearing and make programming and equipment adjustments. She is very cost conscious and provides great follow up with providers to ensure her that patients receive the most out of their purchase.
My wife Julia and I have both used Dr. Sharp to test our hearing and teach us how to use our hearing aids. She is knowledgeable, professional, and totally up-to-date on the latest technology. She is practical and meticulous in guiding you through all the aspects of learning to deal with the many complex issues involved in dealing with the latest and best hearing aids. Most importantly though, she is kind, caring, patient and personable. We have referred several friends to her and they all feel the same.
Dr. Sharp is fantastic. Very patient and thorough. It's a stressful experience getting a hearing aid for the first time. She deals with her patients with compassion and professionalism....
Going to The Hearing Center was the best decision I made in shopping for Hearing Aids. Great service by friendly professionals. Dr. Erin Rellinger and staff are excellent. The hearing test and evaluation was very through and the recommendation for Hearing Aids was perfect. My hearing now is so much better. Highly recommended.
The subject of hearing (and hearing aids!) is complex and very sensitive. I have been to numerous Audiologists in the Atlanta area in the past 10 years-and I was never truly comfortable with the prospect of hearing aids until my appointments with Dr. Sharp in the past couple of months. Her thoroughness, attention-to-detail, professionalism, patience, and obvious care made this an unexpectedly positive experience as I transition into something I never thought I would. I highly recommend this doctor and staff (Aubree) for such a significant part of your life.
When I first got my new hearing aids, there was more feedback (squealing) than I had previously had with my old hearing aids. I was worried that Dr. Sharp would not be able to find the right type and size tips to stop the squealing. I soon found that my worries were unjustified - she found the PERFECT fit! She also spent lots of time with me showing me exactly how to insert them so as to eliminate the squealing. I can now truly say that these are the best hearing aids I have ever had, and that Dr. Sharp is the best audiologist I have ever had!
Yes, it's unusual. The Hearing Center is at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. Doesn't seem to make sense does it? I'm so glad that I found them. I shopped around for an audiologist that didn't seem like a used car or mattress salesman. There are so many out there. You will find this out for yourself but I can save you some time.
These are incredibly knowledgeable doctors (both of them) who care about your hearing health. If this is your first time with hearing aids, you have to understand it is a partnership between you and your doctor. It is not a one-and-done visit or one-size fits all. There are many different kinds of hearing aids and there will be numerous adjustments to optimize your hearing. You have to be dedicated to the process.
The sooner you start using them, the better. Your brain has to adjust to a new way of processing sound.
I can't imagine what I would do without them.
Hearing aids can be eye-poppingly expensive and it's a crime that many insurance plans offer no coverage. That is not the fault of the audiologist. But what price do you place on your health? My personal life would suffer immensely without them. My career would be affected as well.
If you want something cheaper, I recommend Costco. They are a fine, entry level product in a big box environment. I started there myself.
I am now a patient and fan of the hearing center at Eye Consultants of Atlanta for the service, knowledge and dedication to my hearing health that I've received over the years.
I am so pleased that I found Dr. Sharp to take care of my hearing needs. She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about any problem that I might have.
After a very thorough hearing test and receiving my hearing aids, she told me to call her if I had any concerns. I went back a couple of times as I was adjusting to them, and she always had time for me. The office staff is friendly and wonderful on the phone. If you are looking for an audiologist, you will not find a better one than Dr. Sharp. She is a joy to work with.
Dr sharpe was always available to see me. She took her time when I saw her and never rushed me out.
She is kind and yet professional at all times.
I will highly recommend her.
I have been seeing Dr. Rellinger for 3+ years for audiological assessments and hearing aid updates. In our limited, at times, English language we cannot choose a single word to describe down home customer service, superior professionalism, high end quality products, and outstanding front office support. Those of you searching for somewhere to go to address hearing issues, need look no further.
Very thorough hearing evaluation. Options for hearing aids provided. Very pleased with device chosen. Staff is efficient and appointments are always on time.
Dr. Sharp was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She answered all of my questions, trained me in the use of my hearing aid and provided technical support and follow-up. The facility is fresh, beautiful and modern. There are many hearing aids in the marketplace, and Dr. Sharp selected the brand and type that was perfect for my lifestyle. She recommended a brand that was discreet, rechargeable on a charger and bluetooth compatible with my iphone. A great investment and experience. I love being able to hear well again. Thank you, Dr. Sharp!
I am wearing a hearing aid for the first time and have been really nervous about the process and what to expect. I happened to find the Hearing Center from an internet search and spoke to Aubree when I called. She was very helpful, and compassionate when my appointment was scheduled.
Aubree has been professional throughout this process.
Dr. Sharp consulted with me and recommended a hearing aid for my right ear.I was really impressed with her professionalism yet comfortable with
her personality. She was patient and answered my questions which reassured that I would adjust to the hearing aid in time. It took a few adjustments but I am hearing better and loving it!
Kayla is an asset to the office and I have enjoyed my brief interactions with her.She has been totally professional and her personality is great for the office.
Where do I start?! Dr. Lacey Sharp is one of the most caring, patient and thorough audiologists my husband and I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She will sit down with you and really listen to what you want and need. She went the extra miles with us to make sure our insurance would cover certain expenses before we even started a process. Eye Consultants of Atlanta Hearing Clinic have been amazing as well. Aubrey and the front staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Sharp and the staff at Eye Consultants. If you are looking for a great audiologist, Dr. Sharp is the one you want!!
Just received my new hearing aids. Dr. Hampton and Dr. Sharp ( the entire office) are absolutely the most thorough people. After picking up my hearing aids, I was totally briefed and it has been a great experience.
Thank you Erin, Aubrey and the other Associates at Hearing Center at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. I was hesitant to get hearing aids in spite of knowing I needed them. I have been asked by my wife to please revisit hearing aids. The 20+ year old "in the canal" gizmos were unpleasant to wear and too much to endure as well as not integrating well with today's tech they lived in a vinyl case in a drawer. Every few years I would take them out, add batteries, and try. 1-2 hours was the longest I could tolerate the earplug.
Making an appointment while I was getting my eyeglasses was pleasantly easy. Showing up, getting a hearing test, listening to the options and seeing the advances was just as easy. Dr Erin Rellinger made it easy. She knew how to explain and inform me of what was going on in a way that worked.
So, yeah. FIVE STARS is a given, but appreciating a personal interaction to easing in to acceptance and embracing that I will be using these little devices in my ear every day, and most waking hours goes beyond five stars.
Thank you Erin, Aubrey and the other Associates at Hearing Center at Eye Consultants of Atlanta.
Excellent service. Very informative and understanding. I highly recommend this office. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!!

The hearing center was able to get me in and address all my concerns regarding my hearing the same day. They ran multiple test and made me feel confident in my results. The staff was very friendly and I I would highly recommend them. The new center is very nice as well.
