I first went in to each visit unsure about getting hearing aids because of all the bad press about them from friends. I was reassured by the visuals (graphs) and explanations at the evaluation. When I went for my "training" on my first pair, enough was done for me, from a technology perspective, that I gained much more confidence. I had feared that I just wouldn't understand how to use them and would have wasted my money. I still have questions, but I have a positive outlook for my follow-up visit.
