The doctor took the time to explain the test and go over all of the results. I didn’t realize that I had lost as much hearing as I had. When she first put the hearing aids in my ears I could not believe the difference. After a week long trial where I kept a log of my hearing each day the doctor adjusted the hearing aids to the settings I had created during the trial. It is worked out very well. I would be remiss if I did not mention the office staff and reception folks because they truly professional and are just as excited as you are when your appointments go well and your hearing is improved.

She was patient while explaining everything and offered some great solutions. It was even brought to my attention that I could wear a Cross on my left ear that has much more severe hearing loss. I was hesitant having not worn a hearing aid on that side for over 20 years. She set me up with demo hearing aids and I was able to test out the Oticon products before I made a decision to buy. great visit for my first time at audio logic...had a throrough hearing test with stefan. results were good & informative..wonderful to have all explained in terms i could understand! ..so great to have place like this on fairview avenue!!!!

I saw Dr. Angela as this is my third year with hearing aids and I needed a comprehensive evaluation. I could not have been more pleased. I had several tests which were thoroughly explained so I could understand the graphs, my ear canals examined, and my hearing aids cleaned and then adjusted as I had additional hearing loss. I heard so much better after this visit! Dr. Angela was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and I would give this office 10 stars if I could. Linda the receptionist is always welcoming and most helpful for whatever needs I might have. She makes sure I have batteries, the insurance is reviewed, and this office truly cares if my hearing is not just good, but great. Nice to be under such care of great people.

I've been going to AS since 2008. I see Erin Walborn PH.D. I went initially because I had tinnitus, then added Meniere's. As my hearing became worse and then kept fluctuating, due to the Meniere's, Erin was constantly problem solving with me to help with all that was going on. I recently saw Erin and we re-evaluated my present situation and my hearing aids are working fine. The office staff are always congenial and efficient. I recommend AS with 5 stars!

I first made some effort in the capital region to find an audiologist. Even contacted the Westone company(for in-ear monitors) directly. My needs were not particularly common I imagine. Needed to get impressions of my ears made to make custom fit ear molds. This used on stage for I'm continuing to pursue life as a professional musician. The first audiologist I called said they couldn't do it without a hearing test. (even several weeks for that appointment) When I called Audiologic Solutions they immediately were helpful. Got an immediate appointment the following day. Stefan Fosco the audiologist I met with was immediately warm and welcoming. Even better he is a fellow musician who knew my needs, an answered questions I didn't even knew I had! Took extra time even to go over the special design of the in ear monitors I would be receiving. I was even anticipating a greater final cost for the molds being made and all the extra time. I left so happily surprised. Also as I was leaving he was already processing the paperwork to send the molds out to the company that makes the in ear monitors. I honestly can't remember a better experience at a business. Especially in one I had never been to before for a reason that was also a first. Very highly recommend this business. I am very greatful for the experience! I found Dr. Erin Walborn about four years ago and I am so Glad I did. She has been a pleasure to work with as is her office staff. I've dealt with other audiologists in the past who couldn't give me answers to my hearing issues or would try to sell me something not conducive to my needs. Erin took the time to truly LISTEN! She's gone above & beyond to get to my hearing issues and solve them; all the while educating me on the ears/hearing function, my specific needs, & what I could expect from hearing aids & why. She's never tried to sell me something I didn't need which is very Refreshing. Thanks, Erin, for all you do to help me hear better. You are Priceless!
