Kyle and Wendy are the team you need to see! This is the place you NEED to go to get hearing aids! As nervous as I was to take the jump, they both put me at ease. Wendy is the reason why I picked this business, her skill on the phone made me want to make an appointment. Customer service to the hilt! Kyle is so easy to work with, took me down the road of hearing aides so that I wasn't nervous. Got the right ones for me and as many times as I called and went back, these two made it work for me! My ear canals are not of a normal person and they worked with me to make me LOVE MY HEARING AIDS. Now I can't live without them. I hear things that I haven't heard in YEARS. I have just received my 3rd pair of hearing aids. I started with Rod and now continue with his son Kyle. I knew nothing of this process and Rod helped me through it. I wasn't paid for this, I've been a customer for years. Tried Costco because they are a bit cheaper, went straight back to Advanced Hearing Aid.
