Highly recommend Don (and Joyce at the front desk) for their dedication to service and customer friendly interactions. Don was able to fix one of my Phonak hearing aides within a day avoiding my having to be without for a week or two as would have been the case if I had had to send it to the factory for repair as another service provided had advised me! I highly recommend Don Kutik at Sound Hearing Center. My mom was visiting me and had a problem with her hearing aid. We called so many places that would not help us. Don kindly offered to see my mom. It was a minor problem that he could fix right away and he did not even charge her and gave her some extra tips for her hearing aids. You don't find people like him very often!
