I visited Hear365 on the advice of a friend and so pleased I did. I knew very little about hearing aids before going, other than what I read on the internet. They let me try a number of different makes for two to three weeks at a time so I could get used to them and make an informed decision on which brand suited my particular hearing loss. Having chosen my preferred aid, there was a slight hiccup on the part of the manufacturer as they sent a larger size model than was expected. Hear365 dealt with it in super quick time and I was pleased when my chosen product arrived and was fitted professionally. I didn't mention that between my first visit to Hear365 and my subsequent dealings with this company, I developed a rare condition which resulted in me having to leave my job, spend four weeks in a London hospital and then remain at home as I was unable to drive. With no bus service and expensive taxi fares, Hear365 were more than willing to visit my home address on many occasions to test my (then declining) hearing and provide and set up the different models for me to try. They even came to my home to set up the TV box which works an absolute treat! I cannot praise this company enough. There professionalism, product knowledge and particularly after sales service is second to none and there pricing structure mirrors internet prices so you can be sure you are getting more than good value for money. What is more, this Father and Son business is based in Stafford and very accessible. You are dealing with professional people face to face, not someone over the internet, a complete stranger on the end of a phone, or someone from one of the larger companies that will charge the earth for the same hearing aid then next month have moved on. If you are looking for new or replacement hearing aids make Hear365 your first choice. By all means shop around, but don't get caught out and pay more for the same product at other high street dealers with promises of endless supply of batteries etc. Visit and have a chat, hearing test and no obligation to buy trial at Hear365. You will not be disappointed.

First class service throughout! What a difference from my experience the day before, when I visited a well known audiology chain in Stoke-on-trent. Here, the service and product-knowledge was appalling and this led me to HEARING 365 in Stafford where I got an appointment within three working days. I received my new aids a week later and they were fitted and adjusted for me at home in the Staffordshire moorlands. The price I paid was more or less the same as the high street chain were charging, but the quality of service was in a different league! I had been using NHS aids for twelve years before getting WIDEX EVOKE 440 from HEARING 365 a month ago. To say that I am delighted with these aids is a massive understatement, as they have literally changed my life for the better. Before contacting H365, I had already narrowed down my requirements to the top-end Phonak and Widex aids (subject to these being appropriate to my hearing loss). Following my audiology test, John (senior) recommended the Widex model, based on the fact that I am a retired orchestral violinist and thought I would appreciate the superior natural quality of these aids. This was sound advice, (no pun intended), and I am now enjoying listening to music again for the first time in several years! Earlier today, I received a follow-up appointment at home with John (junior) who was able to tweak the programme selection facility on the aids so that I could change the volume of the aids independently of the smart-phone app. This was my third appointment and all of these have been conducted in a relaxed manner with no sense of rush. I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and highly skilled company!
