My initial exam was very thorough and all results were explained to me in an understandable fashion. Terri, the receptionist demonstrated empathy and excellence in all of her interactions with me. She is wonderful! Monica, the audiologist was fantastic in problem solving an issue that I had with my right ear. She really knows how to help the novice hearing aid user adapt to the technology and problem solve.

My previous audiologist I had been going to since 2003 wanted to charge me $125.00 for each ear to get molds for in ear monitors I use for performance as a musician. I thought that was a bit high priced. I called FHC to get pricing and they said it would be $88. I said for each ear and they said no for both and we give them to you to send to the company. I immediately made an appointment. The staff is so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I told them when an upgraded model of the hearing aids I currently wear become available, please let me know. I recently am wearing my new hearing aids I received from FHC. They are amazing. My confidence has gone up tremendously and I can even hear people wearing masks which I couldn’t before. I never was able to hear on my work phone with my previous aids even when they were brand new. What I most appreciated was they didn’t try to upsell me and kept within my insurance. My follow up visit with the audiologist was awesome. She was so excited along with me! First time at this clinic and my experience with Fullerton Hearing Center has been outstanding! When you come in for your appointment, you first encounter Teri (Office Manager) who takes care of all the logistics and handling of the insurance claims. She is very professional and friendly and works hard to take care of your needs.
Monica, the owner, is very pleasant and caring and is also a fantastic Audiologist! I have suffered hearing loss most of my adult life and it can be very frustrating. She nailed my hearing profile. My new hearing aids are the first set I've had that actually work for me. Past hearing aids increase the volume but I still had issues with word recognition. I had resigned myself to having to live with this disability. Now speech is very clear and I no longer need closed captions when watching TV with a comfortable volume for others that are in the room.
These aids allow me to stream audio from my iPhone via bluetooth. I am astounded by how fantastic it is. Phone calls are crystal clear and music sounds amazing. I am hearing nuances in songs that I didn't know existed after many years of listening to them. Monica did a great job setting it all up and dialing it in!
Bottom line is that I now can hear far better than I ever thought was possible!

I just got my second pair of hearing aides at the Center. I can honestly recommend this business. They have a wide selection of different instruments and get the best for your problem.
My Bother in Law uses COSTCO - and he probably saves some money and is satisfied. But COSTCO only has a couple of companies that supply hearing aides. If you need something specialized, you may not get the best for you. And you will never get personal service like you can get in Fullerton.
My hearing is important to me, I know my hearing aides work better for me than the ones my Brother in law uses.
The personal service is important too. If you want friendly and attentive service - this is where I would go. A first rate company with supportive staff and a lot of experience in the business
My updated hearing aides are quite an improvement - only about three years and the Audiologist told me there had been some technical advances. Well, it is true.
No one gave me anything to write this post. But truly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was only about 52 when it got so bad I had to ask for help...and they did! I was easily able to adapt to wearing the Widex Evo devises and no one ever notices I have them on. I can discreetly a just them from my phone though I really don't need to very often. These devices have Bluetooth which is great when answering calls dictating text messages or emails or just listening to music discreetly at work. Truly life-changing and improvement in the quality of my life and work. I was so slow or getting old, I was smart enough to know something was wrong! When I started wearing the devises I was very sensitive to sound, duh... couldn't hear now I can, but Monica slowly increased the volume week after week comfortably increasing until I was hearing at what is considered a normal volume. Monica, the audiologist, is very personable, patient, very pleasant and easily made small adjustments to make my hearing aids comfortable and effective. She really understands and was fabulous transitioning me. A true expert and professional. Both she and Teri who runs the office have great sense of humors and sensitive my and my denial. I love my new Oticon hearing aids. With them, I can hear regular conversations, phone conversations and TV clearly. I participate in teleconferences now because my phone's Bluetooth capability projects the sound into my hearing aids. Wow, what was stressful before is a pleasure. The same is true of the TV sound. The volume is no longer a loud annoyance.

Her knowledge, expertise and skills are the best. She stays on top of the fast moving hearing aid technology. Monica got me my first set of hearing aids -- all the way up to my new ones, which I love. I appreciate how she keeps my hearing needs in mind as the technology keeps improving. Monica is pleasant and patiently explains how to use and care for your hearing aids. She clearly wants the best for all her patients hearing needs. And, I am amazed by all the latest hearing equipment that she uses to fine tune our hearing aids and our hearing experience!!!
In addition, it is important to say that I have never seen a more efficiently managed office. Teri, the Office Manager, is very helpful, professional and pleasant work with. I'm so grateful that she takes care of handling my insurance needs and hearing aid supplies. She is very nice and, of course, efficient!!!

Monica is really sweet and helpful. We didn't know what to expect when we came in to adjust my grandpas hearing aid. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it. And she was patient as we translated for my Grandpa since he doesn't speak English. It cost $55 for an adjustment. This is a really good price in my opinion since a new hearing aid would cost over $1000. I will definitely come back here for my families hearing aid needs.

I'm always impressed when I go in to pick up batteries or domes, they always have what I need. When I've had any real issues like repairs they've always handled them quickly.
I would recommend Fullerton Hearing Center to anyone who thinks that they might have hearing issues.

They have worked with me several times in upgrading my hearing aids and go the extra distance to make sure I have close to normal hearing as possible.
I have found them so helpful in making adjustments and working with me in scheduling appointments etc. When I first started with them I was all over the country for work and always found them willing to be flexible to my schedule. Now that I am in Newport Beach, they are still very willing to be flexible in my commute time to reach their offices.
Their new offices are very nice and always have nice visits with them.
