Update I used them 8 mos ago and since then the bougainvillea bush got so heavy it fell over. I contacted them asking them if they could come back and fix it or at least tie it up from breaking. The woman basically told me that I was there to supervise and saw what they did and if I had a problem I should have said something. I'm not a tree supervisor that's why I hired then. She said we'll come back but we need to charge you something with gas. I said I understood but was hoping to get a discount since this shouldn't have happened before the year was up. They could have prevented this when they came the first time to make sure it wouldn't topple over. She never got back to me basically blew me off, not cool!! I even referred them to a number of people. I hate when people don't stand behind their work!! I spent a good amount of money to hire this company.

Right after I got released from my heart transplant, I went to her to inquire about getting my Resound hearing aids fixed. I've had them for a while and I've just had a major open heart surgery. This was right when COVID was starting to set in as well. Dr. Sherman and her team ensured I was taken care of and were absolutely fantastic. There are very few audiologists that deal with resound, when Resound is perhaps one of the best modern brands of hearing aids.
When I can afford, and am ready for my next hearing aid set I plan on going here for them. No question about that.

I recently took my mom to Towers Audiology Center to see Dr. Michele Sherman. My first impression of the office was that it was clean and organized. The first person you meet at Towers Audiology Center is Ashley, the front office coordinator. Ashley was incredibly polite and warm each time we had an appointment or when my mom or I would call the office to confirm an appointment. Ashley took the time to make sure that we were comfortable (I had my nieces and nephew with me; all are under the age of nine). She even gave the kids coloring pages and highlighters to color with while my mom was getting her hearing tested. Ashley was very kind and thorough when she showed my mom how to wear her hearing aids and maintain them (cleaning, changing batteries, etc.) Dr. Sherman was equally kind and compassionate during all the appointments that my mom had. She was very patient and took the time to explain my mom's condition and the possible treatment options to both of us. Dr. Sherman also exhaustively researched a hearing aid that would enhance my mom's hearing and compliment her current hearing condition. My mom has had major hearing loss and after being tested and fit for new hearing aids by Dr. Sherman, my mom cried because she could hear clearly for the first time in over ten years. Dr. Sherman and her very caring staff at Towers Audiology Center have given my mom a new lease on life that includes being part of daily conversations with her family (especially her grandchildren). It was suggested by our medical doctor to try Towers Audiology, and we had the good luck to have Michelle Sherman, PhD, as his audiologist. Not only has she solved his hearing problem, allowing him to use his iPhone for adjustments and to hear very well in crowds, watching television and one-on-one, but she did so with such joy, it was a pleasure to go through the process of adjusting the hearing aids to suit him. She spent so much time making sure his hearing aids were perfect and has offered to spend whatever time he needs if future adjustments are necessary. I have never seen a doctor react with such happiness at someone's improvement in health, in this case hearing. She obviously loves helping people and was such a delight to be with. We couldn't recommend an audiologist more.

I had a great experience with this office. They really go out of their way to cater to their patients and they are very caring. Michelle, the audiologist, took the time to sit and explain my results and treatment options in detail, which was greatly appreciated. It's obvious she is very passionate about her work. They worked with my schedule to fit me in and Ashley, the front desk coordinator, is always very polite and easy to talk to. She goes out of her way to make everything easy, from scheduling an appt to getting my medical records. Overall I'd say the office is very organized and provides a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Definitely recommending this establishment!! Thank you Tower Audiology for everything you do!

These guys are fantastic! I am a musician and have tinnitus and some hearing loss - I had questions about ear plugs and how to deal with the tinnitus. Michele Sherman was great, she took her time, explained all the options and was very through. She also tested my ears and explained the results in a way that was very clear and easy to understand. I had gone to House Ear Institute previously, and this was a night and day difference. Highly recommended.

Until recently, they were doing a good job for us. Then, yesterday just before taking my 92 year old father in for an appointment, I noticed that the day before I had received an end-of-the -day-call cancelling the appointment. The appt. had been set up about 1.5 wks earlier.
... The issue was that I mentioned when scheduling - that my father (per his annual check up) had some ear wax. On other visits, I was told to bring dad in about every 4-6 mo. for verifying his hearing-aid programming (which seemed to be constantly an issue) and any time there was some ear wax, it was removed before adjusting the hearing-aid programming (thus, expectations were set).
... Dad was due for the reprogramming 1-month ago since he was not hearing well again, but I was out of town; thus the reason for scheduling the appt. when I returned ...where I mentioned the ear wax. ... In all of our visits, I was never told to take dad to an ENT for minimal ear wax removal (we are talking minuscule amounts). I did not like the last minute cancellation on their part; should have been told when scheduling - not 1-week later just before the appt.
... I had purchased what I was told were top notch hearing-aids. These unfortunately were purchased in Naples FL a few months before moving dad to LA to live with me. So, when I found their support business, I mentioned that there were too many points of failure for these hearing aids, The Towers Audiology Center let me know that they could not help me with these design issues (I had even asked for in-ear-molds) ... only solution is for constant adjustments on their part. Due to what just happened, I will be pursuing other hearing-aids for dad.

Dr. Mac Duffey, Dr. Sherman, Dora and everyone else are as professional, friendly and helpful as can be. No matter what I'm there for... hearing aids maintenance, hearing tests or discussing new hearing aids I know I'm getting the best care possible.
